Smart testing is about onion peeling, of viewing the system as consisting of a mixture of potential issues and then uncovering them effectively and efficiently. In this lesson, we view Quality as a series of levels that are attained by uncovering specific types of issues by performing focused tests at each level on different granularities of entities (a building block component to a business flow). We conclude by outlining clearly what test scenarios and cases are.
